Our in-house design team develop detailed brand books for your review and comments. Incorporating the preceding steps of surveys, budgeting and code review, our site renderings provide accurate dimensions and visualization.
Project Estimating
During this process, Global Sign & Awning factors in all variables, including but not limited to materials, time and installation location to meet our client’s budget.
Site Surveys
A comprehensive and accurate site survey is a critical initial step of our Project Management process. Global Sign & Awning takes extra care with site surveys, with the utmost attention to detail.
Permitting
Permitting is the true “wild card” in any project. Again, our familiarity with most municipalities helps us minimize this seemingly uncontrollable factor. We have a good feel for which areas require more time for permitting, and we build this into our Program Management process and timeline. This sometimes requires starting a site earlier than usual. We feel it is better to plan in advance, start earlier and finish on time.
Fabrication
Global Sign & Awning can manufacture virtually any type of sign or branding architectural element. No material or lighting source is foreign to us. If you can imagine it, we can build it.
Installation
Global Sign & Awning has the depth and breadth of installation capabilities to handle projects of any size or scope. From a single sign to a box retailer to a stadium or campus, we can install it seamlessly.
Final Inspection
We at Global Sign & Awning realize that you need proper closeout documentation and completion photos. Our team remains connected via cloud-based software in the office and on-site to ensure a smooth project closeout.
